Oct 12 is the Thanksgiving of Canada. It is a month earlier than the U.S.. That's the differenct between Canada and USA.

Thanksgiving is a day to pay one's thanks and have a big turkey meal. SuJin (one of the room-mates)'s Mum heard that none of us has had a true Canadian Thankgiving before and decided to invite us over for dinner. The turkey and the side-dishes are fabulous. It took her 4 hours to roast the turkey in the oven. But it really worth it.

Traditional Thanksgiving dinner: Turkey with Cranberry Source, Stuffings, Yam, Corns, Asparagus, Mashed Potato with Brown Gravy (made by the turkey oil), salads, brussel sprouts and carrots.

It's a feast!!!

Tiramisu for dessert.

Normally, Pumpkin Pie should be the dessert of Thankgiving Dinner. But we like Tiramisu more than pumpkin pies.

SuJin's mum is great chef. If she is going to open a restaurant, I'll definitely be one of her first customers.

Thank you very much for the fabulous Thanksgiving dinner, SuJin and SuJin's Mum.
