The Plain Tiger or African Monarch is a common kind of butterflies in Asia and Africa.

Parantica sita niphonica

It's a kind of butterflies that can be spotted year round in Taiwan. This species is found in Korea, Japan and Taiwan. It is also known for its long-distance migration. Records showed that Parantica sita niphonica marked in Taiwan were captured again in Okinawa, Japan.

Euploea is a kind of butterflies that would survive past winter. They are famous for their mass winter migration to avoid coldness in North Taiwan.
