Well, it's not a pigeon. It's a special kind of doves that can be spotted in Taiwan only.

Oriental Turtle Dove, which has some golden feathers on its back. Its neck's colouring is different from a spotted-neck dove (珠頸斑鳩) or a red turtle dove (紅鳩).
