The architecture is located in the water park. It was built in 1908 to serve as the pump room. The bump room has retired from its responsibilities of providing water to the citizens, and becomes a museum for how our daily water is produced today.

The building is in Neoclassical style. The columns are in Ionic order. The pediment is decorated with plants and a abalone. There is a saying according to the employee there that the size of the abalone shell stands for how rich the family owning the building is.  Still, it's a government building. Can't see the reason for putting something like that to wish for prosperity.

When the Japanese designed the pump room, considering the heat the pump might generate, the build a hall way underneath the building and dug tunnels so that the air could circulate through the white vase structures outside. The glass windows are stabilzed by designing them like the British flag.

The pointed triangular pyramids were added around 1935 long after the building was built.
