1. Mushroom Risotto (king oyster mushroom, bacon and onions)
2. Steamed egg with seaweed
Mushroom Risotto
Steamed Egg with seaweed
Ingredients for Risotto:
1. King Oyster Mushrooms
2. Bacon
3. Onions
4. seasoning (salt, sugar..etc.)
Steps:
1. Fry the bacon to get some oil first
2. Add chopped onions to stir with the fried bacon
3. Add king oyster mushrooms
4. Add rice and some water, then cook with the rice cooker
Ingredients for steamed egg
1. eggs
2. dried seaweed
3. seasoning (salt..etc.)
Steps:
1. Add hot water into the dried seaweed
2. Mix eggs with the seaweed
3. put the plate into the rice cooker and cook with the rice.
