I have only one thing to say about Tatung Rice cooker, "It's a fabulous friend for people living in dorms." It seems to be capable of lots of things. I am discovering its abilities of cooking.
Ingredients for Curry:
1. House Vermont Curry (4 chunks)
2. 2 carrots
3. 2 potatos
4. 1 sweet yam
5. 2 onions
Recipe:
1. chop ingredient 2, 3, 4, 5 into smaller chuncks
2. dump them all into the pot with some water and put it into the rice cooker
I did put potatoes in first since they are hard to soften down, then start to chop for other vegis.
3. put ingredient 1 when it's almost done.
4. stir with a spoon just in case the curry chunks aren't milted.
