Risotto is a kind of Italian rice dish, cooked with broth. My version of risotto is not so traditional since I cooked the rice first.

Ingredients:

A. for pasta sauce

1. king oyster Mushrooms

2. tomatoes

3. onions

4. Prego Italian Sauce: I used their traditional Italian sauce

 

B. for beef flank cooked with soy sauce

1. beef flank

2. tomatoes

3. onions

4. soy sauce

5. king oyster mushrooms

 

How to:

A. for pasta sauce:

1. chopped ingredients #1-3

2. put chopped chunks into a pot and add some water in, cook them all using a rice cooker

3. add canned Italian sauce and cook till the flavour sunk into the ingredients

 

B. for beef flank cooked with soy sauce

1. put beef flank into boiled water for around 5 minutes or something to get rid off excess blood and oil

2. put chopped onions, tomatoes, beef flank, some water and soy sauce into a pot

3. cook till the flavour get into the beef (using a rice cooker)

 

 

How to make risotto:

1. mix pasta sauce and other ingredients (such as beef flank) with cooked rice

2. them cook the above ingredients with a rice cooker till its steaming hot
