菜飯 Rice with vegetables and sausages

Ingredients:

1. Bok Coy 青江菜

2. Lettuce 萵苣 / A菜

3. Rice

4. Sausages

5. Konjac 蒟蒻

6. Mushrooms

7. Soy Sauce

 

How:

1. cook mushrooms and Konjac jelly with soy sauce

2. mix uncooked rice, sausages, and cooked mushrooms and Konjac together

3. cook the mixture with a rice cooker

4. add boiled  bok coy and lettuce after the rice is cooked
