Seasoning:
1. Soy sauce
2. Miso
3. Sugar
Ingredients:
1. Some Sausages
2. Some Rice
3. Some Mushrooms
4. Some Oyster Mushrooms 秀珍菇 (Pleurotus geesteranus)
5. Some Black fungus
6. A Onion
7. Konjac Jelly
8. Tilapia Steak / Oreochom is.sp / 台灣鯛切片 (吳郭魚)
How:
1. Use the small oven to roast the sausages
2. Put the fish steak into the microwave oven, and heat it up for a couple of minutes
3 .start chopping!
chop ingredients 3-7, and cook them all with the mixture of soy sauce, water, sugar and miso in the rice cooker.
(the Konjac jelly was heated up with some water with the microwave oven first to get rid off the smell.)
4. add the fish steak, the sausages, and the uncooked rice into the vegetable mixture.
5. cook as it normally does while cooking normal rice with a rice cooker.
