Nikujaga is a kind of Japanese dish, which is the stew of meat, onions, and potatoes with soy sauce. Beef is normally used in the dish, but this version is with a chicken leg.
Ingredients:
1. Carrots
2. Onions
3. Potatoes
4. Chicken (sliced beef or pork is normally used.)
Seasoning:
1. Soy sauce
2. Sugar
3. Miso
How:
1. cook all the copped ingredients with the mixture of water, soy sauce, sugar and miso.
