Ingredients:
1. Cabbages
2. Tofu
3. Sliced pork (use for hot pot)
4. Potatoes
Seasoning:
1. Soy Sauce
2. Miso
3. Sugar
How: (with a rice cooker)
1. let the sliced pork sit with soy sauce and miso for 10 minutes or something, and use the time to wash and chopped up potatoes and onions
2. chop onions into chunks and let them sit with sliced pork mentioned above
3. chop potatoes into chunks, and put it into the pot (the lowest layer)
4. put ingredient 1 and 2 on top of the potatoes, and make it the second second-lowest layer of the pot
5. lay down some tofu on top the meat layer
6. set cabbages on top of tofu (this is the top most layer)
7. then put the pot into the rice cooker, and start cooking
8. add sugar to control the taste
Notice:
I didn't add extra water since cabbages and onions would produce extra water when steamed or boiled.
