Ingredients:
1. Green Pepper (shredded) / 青椒
2. Potatoes (baked and smashed) / 馬鈴薯泥
3. Flour (all purpose flour) / 麵粉
4. Water (hot water) / 水
5. Egg / 雞蛋
6. Onions (shredded) / 洋蔥
7. Bacon / 培根
8. Salt / 鹽
Recipe / 食譜
1. shred all the vegitables used in Olonomiyaki / 切碎所有材料(除培根之外)
2. make a miture of all the ingrediences, except bacon / 將所有材料混合
3. put bacons in the frying pan and heat up till the oil of the bacon comes out / 將培根放入煎鍋至出油
4. put the mixture on the bacon and fry in medium heat till it is ready to flip / 將2放到3上頭,煎至可翻面為止
5. flip over and keep frying / 翻面續煎
6. get the Olonomiyaki off the pan after both sides are crisp and ready to serve / 準備上桌
This is my third time making Okonomiyaki. Frying things is always a problem.
To fry successfully, use bacon that is fat. Use max fire to let the bacon's oil come out. Then turn to medium fire to fry slowly.
煎到第3次才抓到訣竅:
1. 用肥一點的培根
2. 用大火使培根出油
3. 用中火慢煎大阪燒(很花時間,但成品會比較漂亮)
