UBC Swirls Bakeshop is established in 1954 and famous for its cinnamon buns. All the products can be get at SUB (Student Union Building) and a few other places, such as IKE's Cafe at Irving K. Barber Learning Centre. The prices are not cheap though.

Ponderosa Cake

The recipe for it can be found here.

It's actually a piece of banana cake with chocolate chips with moist texture. I like it more than the cinnamon buns.

Cinnamon Bun

It taste ok, but not something really worth it. Maybe cinnamon buns from other bakeries would taste better.
